Dear Milana,
I am so glad to a letter from you. And I am so sorry I did not have time to write you an answering letter.
In your letter you told me about your trip to South Korea. The way you described the sights os Seoul made me want to go there next Summer. I hope your comeback will enjoyable.
As for me, now I am an elementary school teacher. And I am so happy to be a teacher because the children in my class are very kind and obedient. Frankly speaking, my first day as a teacher did not go so well. The headmistress, miss Enderby, helped me. When she was in the class the children kept unnaturally silent but when she came out they began to have a talk and laugher. I tried to remember the advices given me at the University but it did not help me. But I am not confused and raised a little tone of voice, and the children immediately stopped talking, took their seats. Now I feel a good teacher and my classes pass with interest for children.
By the way, how about to visit my school when you return home? Do you think it is normal to raise tone on the children when they do not obey ? Do you want to be a teacher?

I hope this work will always make you happy.
In your letter you asked me my opinion on whether it is normal to raise ton on children or not. I think that raising the tone for children is not advisable. But if they behave very badly and this may be the only way to calm them. Being a teacher is a very difficult and responsible job. So I don’t know if I could handle it.
